Every unit is privately owned, and the association's management company handles the community's day-to-day affairs and the maintenance of its common elements.
Buying
If you're considering purchasing a unit in the Parkline, we're excited to welcome you! Once you close, you'll receive a welcome packet with everything you need to get started, including building access and an invitation to the resident portal, which contains governing documents, financial information, a resident directory, and more.
Leasing
Because every unit is individually owned, leases are arranged directly with the unit's owner. The Parkline isn't an apartment building where you rent from management. Only long-term leases are permitted; no short-term, sublet, or Airbnb-style rentals. New tenants complete a lease rider provided by the association and must pass a background check.
Units for sale or lease can be found on sites like Zillow, Redfin, or Realtor.com, or through a licensed real estate agent. The association does not maintain its own listings.
